Wire end ferrules protect the stripped end of flexible stranded wires. With wire end ferrules, flexible conductor ends behave similarly to rigid conductors and can thus be inserted more easily into contacts, for example.
The cable end connectors ensure secure electrical cable termination and provide maximum protection against short circuits. Classic crimp connectors are made of a metal sleeve into which the cable end or the cables to be connected are inserted. With the help of a so-called crimping tool, the connector is mounted to enclose the cables tightly.
Cable lugs make it easier to contact the conductors. The cable lugs are crimped onto the conductor. The conductors with cable lugs can then be easily plugged onto the matching counterpart.
